Broni Finta - Owner

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Bronwen has over a decade of experience teaching in the fitness industry. Bronwen has appeared in fitness DVD’s, presented at fitness conventions and has enjoyed a career helping women achieve confidence and strength through exercise. She’s enjoyed a career in musical theater, television and stand-up comedy, so her classes will have you laughing and learning not only how we do it, but why.

Keri McGuire - Owner

Keri is a Southern California native and active mother of two. She grew up studying ballet and loved the grace and posture that it taught her at a young age. Keri danced and cheered throughout her high school years and then became an avid golfer while attending the University of Utah where she received her B.S. in Finance. After years of practicing Pilates and becoming a certified Pilates instructor, she was introduced to Barre and instantly knew it was where her passion lies.  Keri has been teaching barre and actively running her studios since 2010.  Working out and bringing the great workouts to her studios is truly her therapy!



Growing up in Southern California, Sara Yasuda always had a passion for dance. In 2013, she became comprehensively certified in the BASI Pilates method and is loving bringing a stronger foundation to her   classes. Sara believes Therapy classes are the perfect marriage between dance and pilates, she is a teacher trainer for our program and loves the results Therapy classes will bring to your body!


Originally from Sydney, Australia, Emma has performed in theatrical productions worldwide and was nominated for best lead performer for her role of Roxie Hart in ‘Chicago’. An alumni Charger Girl, Emma was recently chosen to represent the NFL in London to tour the UK. A mom of two, Emma is loves to travel the country inspiring others with her humor and passion for barre and dance.

France Marie

A San Diego native, France-Marie grew up as a serious bun-head ballerina.  At 19 France-Marie began her life as a professional and performed in venues around the US.   After dancing she discovered  Barre and become addicted to the workout.  It wasn’t long before she decided to become an instructor.  France-Marie loves to bring her classical ballet knowledge and passion for a healthy lifestyle to clients of Therapy.


Jamie Stevenson

Born and raised in Southern California, Jamie spent 13 years dancing her heart out as a child. Trying to find and fun and efficient workout , she realized how much she missed her ballet after taking her first barre class. She loves however class is full of fun energy and music, and how the choreography is different in every class. You will always find a smile on her face as she is  excited to help you reach your fitness goals.

Alyssa danced as a professional ballerina with Ballet Magnificat for 10 years.  Always a lover of health and fitness, she became certified as a personal trainer and continues to instruct in ballet.  Alyssa’s passions are united in all of Therapy's classes—the perfect combination of dance and fitness!  She loves to keep her clients ‘on their toes’ and encourage them by saying “Yes you can and you will!” Alyssa is now a Lululemon & Toesox ambassador.

Mandi is a San Diego native and her dance history of ballet, tap, jazz and modern led her to teaching hip hop dance from her late teens to early twenties. The love of dance and choreography ignited the desire for leading active and healthy lifestyle. Encouraged by her passion for fitness Mandi had been constantly challenging herself with various forms of exercise, including: Boot Camp, Pilates, Cylcling, Weight Training, Running, Zumba, Yoga, and more before being introduced to barre.



Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, Stephanie has always had a passion for fitness and the outdoors. Running cross country through high school and college, her coaches incorporated Pilates for training. She became fully certified 500 hour Pilates in 2009, and knew that the instructor life was for her! Shortly after moving to Encinitas and having her 1st child in 2010, she started taking Barre classes with Keri and saw her body instantly transform, not only as good, but better than pre-baby! She now has two beautiful and crazy boys, and holds certifications in Pilates, Barre, Piloxing, TRX, Spin, and Lagree.

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Hillary started training in classical ballet when she was just 5 years old. Years (many years) later, Hillary was looking for a workout that was effective, sassy, and incorporated her love of ballet. Barre was the perfect fit.  When she’s not teaching or taking Therapy classes, you can find Hillary changing her hair color or hanging out with her cat, Vader.


Originally from New Jersey, now loving San Diego, Chelsea has been a dancer, cheerleader and fitness coach for the past ten years. TRX certified and lover of the barre classes, Chelsea is passionate about inspiring women to enhance the love they have for their health and their bodies. Chelsea’s philosophy in class is “you’re stronger than you think you are… breathe into your fitness goals!”  You will feed off of her positivity and energy!
