Studio Policies

General Studio Etiquette:

Grip socks are required for all classes unless otherwise specified. If you do not own grip socks, they may be purchased at the studio.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled classes. Late arrivals may find the door locked; just jump around near a side window and someone will let you in.

Please do not have a conversation during class. This is distracting for other clients and makes it very hard for instructors to concentrate and provide a well-balanced workout

Leaving a class early should be avoided whenever possible. If you must leave early, please inform the instructor before class begins and exit quietly without cleaning or putting away your props. This will help the instructor stay focused and not disrupt others.

Opening doors and turning on/off lights and fans is at the instructor’s discretion.

No liquid other than water is allowed inside the studio.

Cell phone usage is for emergencies only inside the studio. Kindly step outside for any other phone conversations.

Class cancellation/no-show policy: All class reservations must be cancelled at least twelve (12) hours prior to the class start time to avoid a $15 late-cancel fee. Likewise, there is a $15 no-show fee if you reserve a class but do not show up to that class. If you have an emergency and need to cancel a reservation within the 12-hour time frame, please send us a message in Walla or text/call us at (760) 453-7132. If you reserved a class using a limited membership or drop-in class, you will not lose the class if you late-cancel or no-show; however, the $15 fee will apply.

Waitlist policy: Clients can join a class waitlist until it closes (30 minutes prior to class start time). If a spot opens before the cutoff, waitlisted clients are moved into class in waitlist order. Clients are notified via email/SMS when they are moved into a class. A client may book multiple waitlist spots, even for overlapping classes. If a client does not get into a class, they are automatically refunded 15 minutes after class starts. Clients can cancel their waitlist spot anytime without penalty.

Parking: Please park in our dedicated parking spaces in the back of the studio. You can also find street parking on Coast Hwy. and surrounding streets.

Communication: All studio-related communications should go directly through the Walla App, the studio email (oceanside@therapysocialfitness.com), or the studio phone: (760) 453-7132.

Code of Conduct: All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner at all times while on studio premises or participating in any studio-related activities. This includes interactions with staff, instructors, and other clients. Therapy Social Fitness strictly prohibits any form of harassment, including, but not limited to:

  • Unwelcome verbal comments or gestures of a sexual or suggestive nature;

  • Inappropriate touching, staring, or physical advances;

  • Unsolicited requests for socialization outside of the studio; and/or

  • Intimidation, bullying, or any other behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected.

Therapy Social Fitness reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the safety, comfort, and integrity of its clients. Violation of this policy may result in consequences up to and including termination of membership or other class purchase. Such consequences are at the sole discretion of Therapy Social Fitness.

If you experience a situation that you believe violates this code of conduct or makes you feel uncomfortable, please inform Broni Finta, an instructor, or a staff member.

We promise the rules are here to protect the vibes. Thanks for being a thoughtful, respectful part of our community.
